Summary: More of the same and I still love it anyway!
Mel Gibson and Danny Glover are back again, this time with Chris Rock as a junior cop. The guys are feeling a lot older now, and feeling it, and they play this well in the storyline, so it's nice. The Riggs character isn't a psycho like he used to be, so there's no longer a "lethal weapon" really, but hey, I don't mind. The script was hilarious, the action was great, and Jet Li was fabulous as a martial-arts bad guy. Very well done. |

Summary: A disappointing end to a flagging series
Jet Li cannot save this film. Nothing can. It's more of the same, as every character who didn't get killed in the first three movies returns to say their tag lines. We've seen it all before. |

Summary: Jet Li rules, but will someone please kill Riggs?
I went to this movie expecting crap, so maybe my expectations were low enough that it looks good to me now. I think the film would have been better without Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. Jet Li's character and the fight scenes were awesome. Dumb but fun. |
