Summary: Plagues and monkeys (movies about monkeys never excel)
This is a story about a virus that comes out of the african jungle and contaminates people in the US. Unfortunately it's a fast and deadly virus, with no known cure. Actually the government has seen this virus before, but kept it top secret. The movie is about the ethics of such a deadly virus and how to deal with it. It's also a suspenseful drama. But, like most movies with monkeys, it doesn't quite reach excellence.
